Entertainment Rates
So how much does it cost to have Night Dancin' at your next event or wedding?
Our rates are somewhat dependant on location and type of entertainment needed. While Saturday
evenings are the most requested, some weekday arrangements may also determine the cost.
We offer both inside and outside performances. We can offer special 'master-of-ceremony' services and we can help
plan the event. In most cases our rates start at $1200.00 to $1500.00 for an evening show. Special performances or
limited productions can run less money. Shows for large picnics or concert-type performances are also
available at higher rates. We also offer special rates for school proms. Because we are represented by several talent agencies, and we do direct bookings
at no additional service charge to you, it is important that you check with us directly, well in advance of
your event. We will give you a full and complete contract, guarantee a rate, and work with you for special set-ups.
A down payment of 20% is usually required with the contract. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Because Night Dancin' works with many agencies, promoters and party planners, we cannot hold dates
without a firm contract. All wedding entertainment packages and most corporate packages are for cocktail, dinner, and dance entertainment, as we set-up early before
the first quests arrive, begin as they arrive, and entertain thru midnight

Local Area: Cocktail, Dinner & Dance Music Package....$1200.00 (RATES INCREASING 4-1-2008)
Outside 50-Mile Raduis (except select areas)....$1250.00- $1500.00 (RATES INCREASING 4-1-2008)
Extended Area (Beyond 120-Mile Radius)...Call For Quote
Outside Events (Seasonal, Covered Area)....Add $200.00
Gatherings Over 1,000 to 3,000 Add $500.00
Gatherings Over 3,000....Call For Quote
Entertainment Beyond Midnight....$75/half hour, Limit 1-Hr.
High School & Proms....Special Discounts, Call For Quote
New Years Eve....Call For Quote
