Weddings are the single largest type of event for which Night Dancin' currently entertains. Each wedding
dance is as unique as the bridal couples themselves. New ideas and wedding customs keep each
performance fresh yet personalized for every age and ethnic preference. While most weddings are scheduled
years in advance, Night Dancin' tries to work with couples 'early-on' to reserve the date and the location for that

Planning need not be a bothersome task, when working with Night Dancin'. "We do everything but toss the bouquet
and remove the garter!" No need to worry about Night Dancin' being on time...we set-up and are ready to go about
an hour before the guests arrive. And we play background "cocktail" music for those early arrivals and before the
dinner/dance begins. We believe that a wedding reception is more than just a dance...it is an entire celebration which
should be filled with music, the right touch of fun, and special moments of love and emotion.

shows have been recognized as the finest in the entertainment business by an overwhelming number of banquet hall
and hotel managers, and promoters.
Our Wedding Package
Our wedding package includes cocktail hour music, dinner music, and dancing until closing (usually midnight). We set-up early before
any guests are scheduled to arrive. Our system of sound and lights require a large area (aprox 32' Wide x 10' Deep) and each night we program over 150 "light show" sequences specific to
your wedding and the dance/banquet hall. We adjust the sound for the right acoustics for the room, and we color coordinate the skirting and the
lighting we use to that of the wedding party colors (or the room decor). When your guests arive we play light music for the reception and cocktail hour.
We assist the banquet staff in seating for dinner, make the introductions of the family and wedding party, and make any last minute
announcements before dinner. We play softer dinner music for background during dinner, and as the dinner nears the end, we step up the tempo
just before the dance. Then, as the bride and groom are ready for their first dance, we dim the houselights, and our show begins!

Few couples pause to think that the wedding ceremony lasts approximately 45 minutes and the dinner only 30-45
minutes. Yet the entertainment lasting from 4-5 hours can make or break your guest's mood!

Your entertainment is the most important segment of the evening....the part your guests will remember and talk about. Don't pay more for your cake
